  • I was skeptical of how good this book was going to be because I've seen this type of thing before. But this Keto is very much a different diet. I have found so many times of "popular diets" and recipes. There are two resources in this cookbook that make it manageable on a daily basis. Overall, it makes sense out of the Keto way of eating and I think I have found a new way of life. Thanks!
